Our Story

Lake Dallas Soccer Academy was founded by Ramon Retana, who grew up in Lake Dallas in a low-income household, LDSA exists because he lived the struggle most kids face today — passion for the game, but no access to high-level coaching. Despite financial barriers, Ramon earned multiple athletic scholarships to nationally ranked NAIA programs through relentless work and a love for skill mastery.

Today, LDSA provides that same opportunity to kids of all backgrounds — but with high standards.

We specialize in technical development, competitive environments, and intentional coaching that accelerates growth. Not every player is ready for that pace — and that’s okay. But the ones who are? They become different.

LDSA is working to redefine what “affordable” training means: not cheaper, but more valuable.
