Our Story

Lake Dallas Soccer Academy was established to provide a platform where kids of all backgrounds can learn to play the beautiful game of soccer at a high level. Our founder, Ramon Retana grew up in a low income household in Lake Dallas Texas. As a kid he was hungry to learn the game. However, his family could not afford to pay for club/select soccer. Through hard work and dedication he managed to receive several athletic scholarships to Top 10 NAIA Soccer programs/Universities in the nation. He now uses his knowledge of soccer to teach kids of all economic backgrounds. LDSA is on a journey to making competitive soccer affordable to kids and families of all economic backgrounds.
